Orders are typically received and fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and location. Courier service is responsible for shipping estimates. Refunds are not available for items claimed to be lost or not received when confirmed delivered by the courier. You may check your tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Shipping information usually becomes available within 24-48 hours after shipping confirmation on the delivery service's website.

Generally speaking, domestic shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Mail: 2-5 business days (estimated)
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (estimated)
  • Priority Mail Express: 1 business day (guaranteed)

Note: Priority Mail Express is the only service that is guaranteed to arrive within one business day from the date of shipment (in urban areas) or two business days (in some rural areas). This guarantee is provided by the courier, and not Tee Tweets. We cannot and do not personally guarantee any shipment times or dates, as that is handled by the courier.

International shipping times vary based on the country's location and respective rules and regulations.

Please note that vat, duty, and other international import fees are the exclusive responsibility of our customer and not considered with any tee tweets charges. Declarations are made as merchandise at the retail value of each item. Import cost(s) will vary from country to country. Regardless of carrier, handling charge in addition to taxes may be charged. This charge is collected by the carrier for processing taxes with local government. Please check with your local government or shipping carrier office for details.


Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue, please reach out to the courier directly. We see the exact same information you do when checking the tracking number.

In the event of a lost package, please reach out to us with confirmation and proof that the package is lost from the courier, and we will happily replace your order.
